Policies & Guidelines

If you ride with us, please remember:

All passengers must have seat belt, child car seat or wheelchair restraints in use while the vehicle is moving.
 

  • Do not tamper with vehicle and/or transit equipment, as it may be needed to help you someday.
  • Pets must be in a proper carrier. Service animals are exempt as they are not considered pets.
  • Reasonable hygiene is expected; please do your best to not offend others.
  • Use courtesy with the driver and other passengers. No loud, rude, or profane language will be permitted.
  • Keep phone conversations to a minimum.
  • No loud music or other speaker audio permitted. Headphones must be used for any audio.
  • No use of tobacco, alcohol and/or possession of illegal drugs allowed on the bus.
  • Food and drinks must be in a closed spill-proof container. Refrain from eating on the bus.
  • Understand we must accommodate all riders, some bags may be limited.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied.
  • For the safety of all riders, please wait until the driver has stopped driving to ask questions.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.
  • Froggy Transportation reserves the right to refuse service

Booking Policy

Trips can be booked online up to one hour before departure. If you want to pay cash or missed the 1 hour booking cut off, please contact us. Bus may not make a stop if there are no booked passengers for that stop

Discounts, sales, and package deals are for online sales only.

Cash pricing is rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Cash must be paid in exact change. Drivers do not carry cash.

Weather Policy

Froggy Transportation is dedicated to maintaining the safety of our passengers and drivers. Expect possible delays during poor weather. If the weather causes road conditions to be hazardous, affected routes will be cancelled and passengers will be notified and refunded/rescheduled.

Routes are automatically cancelled if a Level 3 snow emergency is declared for Lucas County OH, Monroe County MI, Washtenaw County MI, or Wayne County MI. 

If FAA airport status is "Airport Closure", all service is canceled until closure is lifted.

If the planes won't fly, we don't ride.

Refund Policy

Reserved one-way tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before trip departure. Round trip packages expire after 30 days of purchase. One-way tickets redeemed with a round trip voucher but cancelled after the original 30 days may request an extension of the package expiration. All package sales are final.

TITLE VI

Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act provides that "no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance" (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d).

Froggy Transportation is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its transit services on the basis of race, age, disability, religion, color, sex or national origin, as protected by Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.  

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Froggy Transportation will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.

The ADA does not require Froggy Transportation to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services.
