I would absolutely use this service again! I used the shuttle both from DTW as well as from Toledo up to DTW. The instructions on where the bus would pick up at the McNamara terminal were spot on. Easy to follow and the shuttle was there exactly on time. Being picked up at Franklin Park mall was simple and easy to find where to wait for the shuttle. The driver was welcoming and handled loading the bags. His driving was safe and at no time did I feel unsafe. If you are looking for an alternative to Uber or rental cars this is your option! Don’t hesitate to book if it works for your flight and schedule.
